Product registration does not guarantee warranty coverage unless the applicable warranty requirements are satisfied. Device-related features may change over time and may depend on product model, firmware version, connectivity, account status, service availability, or other technical requirements.

You agree not to tamper with, reverse engineer, misuse, modify, disassemble, probe, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any product, device, firmware, software, device communication pathway, dashboard, support system, or service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, services, dashboard, product materials, documentation, designs, software, code, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, images, videos, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, product names, page layouts, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel, and arrangement of content are owned, controlled, or licensed by Zeno Labz and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, unfair competition, and other intellectual property laws.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not necessarily include taxes, shipping, duties, customs fees, import charges, or other costs unless clearly stated at checkout.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, import fees, customs fees, and other charges associated with your order.

We use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method. Your payment information is handled by the payment processor according to its own terms and privacy practices.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

If your payment method is declined, unavailable, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not processed successfully, we may cancel, suspend, or delay your order or services.

11. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Codes

We may offer promotions, discounts, referral codes, coupon codes, credits, gift codes, or special pricing from time to time. These offers may be limited by time, availability, geography, product type, customer eligibility, quantity, or other conditions.

We may modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, unless prohibited by law. Promotional offers have no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, redeemed for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any promotion, discount, credit, or offer that we believe has been obtained through fraud, abuse, error, unauthorized use, or violation of the applicable promotional terms.

12. Preorders, Reservations, and Beta Products

From time to time, we may offer preorders, reservations, early access products, beta products, pilot products, prototype products, or limited-release products.

Estimated shipping dates, launch dates, and availability dates are estimates only and may change. A preorder or reservation does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. We may cancel or refund a preorder if we are unable to fulfill it, if the product changes materially, or if we decide not to release the product.

Beta, pilot, prototype, or early access products may have limited functionality, limited support, design changes, known and unknown issues, and may not perform in the same way as a final commercial product.

If a product is offered under a separate beta, research, pilot, prototype, or early access agreement, that separate agreement will control where it conflicts with these Terms.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, supply chain issues, incorrect shipping information, payment delays, regulatory issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased products pass to you when we deliver the product to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for products that are delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs duties, or failure to retrieve the package, we may charge additional shipping or handling fees before resending the product.

14. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, you may request a return within thirty (30) days after receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused or gently inspected only, with all original accessories, packaging, manuals, components, and proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@zenolabz.com. Products sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we state otherwise.

We may deny a refund or reduce the refund amount if the product is damaged, missing components, used beyond ordinary inspection, modified, altered, contaminated, returned without authorization, or returned outside the return window.

Certain products, accessories, replacement parts, consumables, opened hygiene-sensitive items, or final sale items may be non-returnable if stated at the time of purchase or where return is not appropriate for health, safety, or product integrity reasons.

15. Limited Warranty

We warrant to the original purchaser that Zeno Labz products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless a different warranty period is stated in writing for a specific product.

This limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Zeno Labz or from an authorized seller. It is not transferable.

If a product is defective and covered by this limited warranty, our sole obligation, and your sole remedy, will be for us, at our option, to repair the product, replace the product, or provide a refund.

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, or improper handling
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
• Damage caused by use with unauthorized accessories, chargers, software, firmware, electrodes, gels, components, or replacement parts
• Damage caused by failure to follow instructions, warnings, or safety information
• Damage caused by exposure to liquid, heat, improper electrical sources, or environmental conditions outside the product instructions
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Lost or stolen products
• Consumable accessories, unless defective at the time of delivery

To request warranty service, contact us at info@zenolabz.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may require photographs, troubleshooting steps, return of the product, or other information to evaluate the warranty claim.

16. Important Wellness and Medical Disclaimer

Zeno Labz products, including Serenity, are intended for general wellness, relaxation, and stress-support purposes only.

They are not intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease, medical condition, psychiatric condition, neurological disorder, sleep disorder, anxiety disorder, depressive disorder, cardiovascular condition, autonomic disorder, or other health condition.

Our products and services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medication, emergency care, or clinical monitoring.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any Zeno Labz product, especially if you have a medical condition, psychiatric condition, neurological condition, implanted medical device, cardiac condition, seizure history, skin condition, pregnancy, or any concern about whether electrical stimulation or wearable stimulation is appropriate for you.

Do not use our products if you have been advised not to use electrical stimulation, wearable stimulation, or similar products by a healthcare professional.

17. Safety Warnings and Contraindications

Before using any Zeno Labz product, carefully read all instructions, warnings, and safety information provided with the product.

Unless cleared by a qualified healthcare professional, do not use Zeno Labz products if you:

• Have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, cochlear implant, neurostimulator, deep brain stimulator, vagus nerve stimulator, or other implanted electronic device
• Have a history of seizures, epilepsy, unexplained fainting, or loss of consciousness
• Are pregnant or may be pregnant
• Have a serious heart condition, arrhythmia, or unstable blood pressure condition
• Have an active skin condition, open wound, infection, irritation, burn, or injury at the intended contact site
• Have reduced sensation at the intended contact site
• Have been advised by a healthcare professional to avoid electrical stimulation or similar wearable stimulation
• Are using the product in a setting where an unexpected sensation, distraction, or discomfort could create risk

Stop using the product immediately if you experience pain, burning, skin irritation, dizziness, faintness, headache, nausea, palpitations, unusual discomfort, mood worsening, anxiety worsening, or any unexpected symptom. Seek medical attention if symptoms are severe, persistent, or concerning.

Use the product only as instructed. Do not modify the product, use damaged components, use unauthorized accessories, or use the product while driving, operating machinery, bathing, or in any situation where distraction or unexpected sensation could create risk.

Do not use the product while sleeping unless the product instructions expressly permit such use.

18. No Guarantee of Results

Individual experiences may vary. We do not guarantee that any product or service will produce a particular physical, mental, emotional, sleep-related, relaxation-related, stress-related, wellness-related, performance-related, or quality-of-life result.

Testimonials, reviews, research summaries, educational content, or user experiences do not guarantee that you will have the same experience.

19. Educational and Scientific Content

Our website may include educational, scientific, technical, or research-related content. This content is provided for informational purposes only.

You represent that your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not violate the rights of any third party.

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, medical, emergency, or proprietary information through general website forms unless the form specifically requests it and explains how it will be used.

21. Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Zeno Labz does not accept, review, or consider unsolicited ideas, works, materials, proposals, suggestions, artwork, content, inventions, technologies, product enhancements, product names, marketing strategies, advertising concepts, or creative materials.

Please do not send us unsolicited submissions in any form.

• The amount you paid to Zeno Labz for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months before the claim arose
• One hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00)

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury or property damage caused by a defective product where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zeno Labz, LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to:

You and Zeno Labz consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If you are a consumer located outside Virginia, you may have rights under the laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

33. Void Where Prohibited and Geographic Availability
